Founded in 2019, Persian Drag Show was created to introduce LGBTQ+ culture to the Middle Eastern community in Toronto.

One of our goals is to connect our audiences with Persian culture through lip-syncing, traditional dance, and comedy and by highlighting special days in the Persian calendar like Yalda and Noruz.

We believe that people are afraid of what they are not familiar with so at Persian Drag Show, we want to help change people’s minds towards the LGBTQ+ community through our live performances.

Due to Covid-19, our shows are now pre-recorded and our music videos are posted online so our viewers can safely participate from home.
